We are located 1.3 miles north of I-40, exit 226 from the westbound towards Nashville and exit 226-B if you are driving eastbound, on the corner of N. Mount Juliet Road and Weston Drive.  Coming into the Dogwood Professional Building, we are on the southside of the building in Suite D, on the opposite side from the office of Dr. Aaron Pryor, DDS.

If you are driving from the north, we are located 3.3 miles south of the intersection of the corner of Lebanon Pike and N. Mount Juliet Road, on the right side of the road just after Bond Memorial Chapel.
